Do I need a CPR card?
Yes you will need a valid AHA (American Heart Association) CPR card, however if yours has expired click our Class Schedule to sign up for a class today. https://lifeline-ems.enrollware.com/schedule
Will I need a physical or Medical Examiner’s card?
Yes, a DL 51 Medical Examiner's, LifeLine will help coordinate and cover the cost for all pre-employment screenings.
Please note: Live Scan for Ambulance Driver & DL 51 Medical Examiner’s must be complete when you go to the DMV to take Ambulance Driver’s License Test.
